Myth: You have to quiet your mind
Truth: Meditation/Mindfulness isn’t about stopping our thoughts or trying to empty our mind, both approaches create stress and more noisy internal chatter. But, instead we can decide how much attention we give to our thoughts. And we can also try to find the “gap”, the space between thoughts that is pure consciousness, pure silence and pure peace.
